GlobalTrans places 29% of its securities on LSE at USD 13.25.
Russian railroad transportation concern GlobalTrans has set the placement price for its securities in an IPO. The company floated 29% of its shares on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). GlobalTrans expects to net some USD 450 mn or USD 13.25 per share. The company’s market cap will come to USD 1,548 mn. GlobalTrans’ IPO has been the biggest on LSE in terms of volume YTD.
